WE MEET + CHAT + EAT
When I book with a couple, it isn’t a one-and-done kind of deal. Being a friend rather than a "vendor" is totally my jam, and after 10 years of photographing for my *friends* I can tell you that the best photos are built on relationships (I just went on a taco date with one of my 2019 brides!). I meet with you to make sure we are a good fit before you dot any i’s or cross any t’s and get to know you (individually and as a couple) very well before the big day comes! That way, when we are taking photos it feels like we are hanging out and having fun, not getting to know one another with awkward small talk.

Location scouting is my jammmmm. Growing up in Northeast Ohio and photographing almost every day here has given me a mental encyclopedia of so-freakin’-awesome locations for out of this world engagement photos. Do you know about the rock cliffs left behind by a glacier in Hinckley, Ohio? Or that the Cleveland Museum of Art allows engagement sessions anywhere in its glass atrium (for free!!!)?
I CAN CREATE A KNOCK-OUT TIMELINE
This isn’t my first rodeo -- I’ve seen wedding days that have gone swimmingly and some that were rushed and #OMG stressful. After photographing tons of different weddings, I’ve come up with a timeline template that will keep you smiling and chipper without rushing or worrying. Good-bye stress, hello happy!

This isn’t my first rodeo (more like my 100th), so I pride myself on knowing what you need before you need it. From day one, I give all of my couples planning guides filled with helpful information, as well as a customized timeline so that your day is the bomb dot com. I also love when couples ask questions and am available at any point to chat (there will probably be some keyboard cat gifs thrown in as well)! I pride myself on making your experience chill and low-key, like you are being photographed
by a good friend, not a "vendor".

QUESTION
We don’t spend hardly any time in awkward silence while you pose (like, at ALL). We do a lot of walking, joke telling, chatting, and simple prompting that will make it feel like we are just hanging out. So many times I have met with a couple, and their first words to me are, “we hate getting our pictures taken.” This doesn’t stress me out, rather, I can’t wait to show them how fun it can be.

I get it. Wedding planning is exciting, but it also can be super stressful. There are so many boxes to check, deposits to pay, and details to remember. Which is why, no matter where you are in the planning process, I want you to know that you can count on me. I'm here to answer your questions, to help you navigate the planning process, and provide you with as much value as possible. Sure, I'd love to book you, too (yeee!), but I'm 100% being real when I say that helping couples live their best lives throughout their wedding day (and beyond) is why I do what I do.
